Chelsea have stepped up their pursuit of Fiorentina winger Federico Bernardeschi, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

The 23-year-old, who has 13 goals to his name this season, is said to have been offered £4.2m-per-season after tax to make a move to Stamford Bridge.
