Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has made Romelu Lukaku and Virgil van Dijk his priority signings ahead of the summer transfer market, according to the Daily Mirror.

The Everton striker and Southampton defender would likely cost around £120 million, but Conte is keen to improve his squad despite the Blues being favourites to win the double this season.
