Tottenham on longest-ever winning streak after Bournemouth thrashing

Tottenham set a new club record on Saturday when they beat Bournemouth 4-0 to maintain their good run of form.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side are in a strong position in second place and moved to within four points of leaders Chelsea, who visit Manchester United on Sunday.
The victory at White Hart Lane saw Spurs extend their winning streak to eight games in all competitions, with seven coming in the Premier League.
However, having now registered 12 consecutive home victories in the English top-flight, they set a new longest-ever winning run on home soil in a single season.
Furthermore, they have scored the most (43) and conceded the fewest (8) home goals in the Premier League this season.
