Roma are looking to steal a march on Chelsea in the race to sign Franck Kessie, according to reports from Transfer Market Web.

Franck Kessie has played a key role in Atalanta's brilliant campaign in the Serie A this term and the 20-year-old has been strongly linked with a big money move to Premier League giants Chelsea over the past few weeks.Chelsea are not the only team interested in signing Kessie though and if reports from Italy are to be believed, even Roma are looking to sign the midfield sensation who is rated at around £21million by Atalanta.
